Joshy Pathiparampil, MD is a board-certified Rheumatology and Internal Medicine physician who joined West County Rheumatology in 2024. He began practicing in Saint Louis as an adult rheumatologist in 2019 when he became known as “Dr. Joshy” to his patients. He is focused on patient-centered care, emphasizing listening to and thoroughly addressing his patients’ concerns.
Dr. Joshy was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California in Berkeley. He obtained his MD degree at Ross University. He trained in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn. He brings a diverse perspective from having lived in numerous places.
Dr. Joshy is dedicated to working with his patients to improve their quality of life and provide evidence-based care. He appreciates the opportunity to learn more about rheumatology every day.
When he’s not at work, Dr. Joshy enjoys an active lifestyle at the gym, at local running clubs, or on a Peloton at home. He and his partner like to travel, dine out, see live entertainment, and spend time with their 2 cats.
